Tutorial
First apply your choice of face products. I'm using Dream Fresh BB and Maybelline concealer in 30.

Next with black eyeshadow fill in your brows, make the dark.

Next your going to add lines to your face, like as if you were a cartoon drawing. I'm using Blitz & Glitz by MAC Add a line to separate your hair and forehead. Next go around the ears and jawline. Also draw a line down the curve of your nose and just above your lips and also at the curve of your chin.

Next taking the black liner outline your lips. Next your going to fill in your lips with a red lip colour. As comic books colours are simple and matte, don't use a colour that has any shimmer or shine. I'm only using the lip colour from Aqua Rouge and I'm going to draw a space were I will not fill in with any red.

Once you have filled in your lips, using white liner pencil fill in the space that was left unfilled.

Next using purple eyeshadow or any matte eyeshadow you want, your going to apply that to your lids and just above your crease.

Next outline your lash line and above your crease.

Next apply its time to apply lashes. I'm using Red Cherry 213 lashes. I also curled my lashes once they were on and applied mascara as well.

To draw on the tears you will need gel or liquid liner. First step taking your white liner, line you water line and your lash line. Next using the gel liner draw on your tears. With blue eye shadow your doing to fill in your tears.

One you have filled in the tears with blue eye shadow your going to line the start of the tears with black liner to finish it off. Also at the end of the tears you will add little with dots with your white liner, almost like what you did for the lips and last add mascara to your bottom lashes.
(I forgot to take a picture of this) now your done with the eyes.

Last is adding the dots you can use face paint for this if you have but because I don't I used red eye shadow and a q-tip to apply the red dots.

Hope you enjoyed this Halloween look!
