Beyonce Makeup

Today post is on Beyonce, one of my favourite makeup looks by her so far is from this music video telephone. Hope you enjoy today post :)

Step 1. Prep your eye lids with mac primer or any primer you wish to use.

Step 2. Sweep Mac eyeshadow in Chrome Yellow on your eyelids with a eye shadow brush. Apply from the lash line to the crease.

Step 3. Next apply Mac eyeshadow in Red Brick with a blending brush. Start from your eye crease up to almost your brow bone. You want make sure you you apply the red that its just a touch of red like in the picture above.

Step 4. Now that your done with the shadow apply your eyeliner.

Step 5. Apply your mascara. Or if you wish I think this look, looks better with fake lashes which i wished i would have used.

Make Your Makeup Last All Day

Simple tips to help make your makeup last all day long.

Tip 1.
If your wearing liner, use a powder shadow that matches your eyeliner and dip a flat brush in the shadow and trace over the liner. This will set the liner and make it last longer.

Tip 2.

Cream blushes last longer then powder blushes, after you apply your foundation apply a cream blush. The two will bond together. Powder blush just sits on top of foundation which makes it easier to come off during the day.

Tip 3.

Don't touch your face, the oils from your hand will mess with your makeup.

Tip 4.

In case lipstick rubs off apply a lip liner thats the same colour as a base then apply your lipstick that way if the lipstick wears off you still have a touch of colour.

How To Make Your Hair Shine!

If your like me I'm always reading up on tips to keep my hair looking great. Here are 4 tips that I use to get my hair to SHINE like the stars.

Tip 1.  Rinse your hair with cold water.
Wash hair as normal with warm water then after you shampoo and apply conditioner rinse the conditioner out with cold water, this helps to make hair less frizzy and more smooth.

Tip 2. Embrace a little grease.
Washing your hair everyday makes your hair loss it's natural oils which is good for your hair. So don't over wash your hair.

Tip 3.  Hand Lotion.
I use this sometimes for instant shine "Rub hand lotion between my palms and lightly pat the surface of hair to make it glisten." - Seventeen Magazine, Mara Roszak

Tip 4. Don't Overload on hair products.
Try not to use a lot of hair products when styling hair, because overloading on them will dry out your hair and take away the moisture. I use to overload on hair products and my hair would always feels to heavy know I stop and try to use less or I buy products that don't way your hair down.

I love finding new ways to do my nails and looking for new colours in polishes that I don't have. Here is something new that I tried called Splatter nails.
